Villa Susca is an ancient building completely renovated overlooking the beautiful sea of Monopoli. Just 2 minutes walk from the access of some beautiful coves of the city, such as Cala Paradiso, Porto Verde, Cala Tre Buchi and Lido Colonia. Located on the border with the bike path south of Monopoli, it allows its guests to easily walk to the historic center of the city by entering the monumental Porta Vecchia. Villa Susca is divided into two completely independent rooms, each with a sleeping area, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, wi-fi, air conditioning, outdoor veranda and free parking.
