Tamborr is a venue a stone's throw from the sea and in the shadow of the Monopoli castle.
Its name recalls the legend of the Lady with the Drum dating back to the 17th century; the protagonist is a lady who, while waiting for her husband to return by boat, played the drum from the remote tower to show him the right way home.

Tamborr offers traditional cuisine, but with an eye to the future by reworking top-quality raw materials in a modern way.
