The 'Casetta sul Porto Antico - Piano Primo', was an old fishermen's dwelling, now restored respecting its original architectural features, located in the splendid setting of Monopoli's 'Porto Vecchio'. During the renovation, special attention was paid to the care and choice of finishes to give absolute prominence to the typical 'barrel' vaults which, together with the splendid sea views, make the interiors particularly welcoming and charming. The flat measures approximately 40 square metres plus 30 square metres of equipped terrace. The flat is located on the first floor and consists of: a bright living room overlooking the marina, well furnished (including TV, dining table, a double sofa bed), an equipped kitchenette (cooker, oven, fridge), a double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea and a bathroom with a comfortable shower. On the terrace, armchairs and sun loungers will brighten your days of relaxation, and the table with seating and sun umbrella will allow you to lunch and dine al fresco, surrounded by the splendid panorama of the old town and the old port of Monopoli with its beautiful sea. The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a cutlery and pots and pans kit and a towels and bed linen kit. A single cot for a child is provided on request. Its architectural features, its splendid direct views of the small harbour, its location in the heart of the historic centre and the Carlo V Castle, and its pleasant terrace, make the accommodation inviting and functional for a pleasant holiday for two to four people.
