The accommodation, overlooking the enchanting little harbour and the ancient 'muraglia', measures about 50 square metres plus 100 square metres of terrace and is located a few steps from the historic centre of Monopoli and the 19th-century 'Murattiana' area. The flat, located on the third floor, consists of an elegant dining/living room with kitchen area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large and bright double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

Making your stay even more enjoyable is the splendid terrace, which is completely private, paved with wooden slats and elegantly furnished and attractively lit at night, with its fascinating view of the harbour. The space is equipped with a gazebo, dining table, relaxation lounge and whirlpool bath, and every possible comfort for pleasant outdoor relaxation.

Particular care was taken in the choice of furnishings in order to emphasise the elegant and minimalist character of the rooms in which the quality of the elements used and the attention to detail had their proper weight. Careful planning of interior and exterior lighting helped to create pleasant and relaxing evening scenes.

The accommodation is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system that is also served by automatic air exchange units. The windows are of excellent quality and certified for good thermal and acoustic insulation and are fitted with automated, electrically adjustable external sunshades from the inside.
